活动2点正式开始,由OpenSourceCamp创始人Peter Cheng主持,他简单的介绍了组织的概况和活动议程。

首先是新单位的创始人刘妍介绍了什么是联合办公,联合办公的由来以及国外联合办公的情况。新单位是目前中国唯一的联合办公社群。

然后是Intel中国首席开源科学家冯晓焰的”Meego概况”介绍。Meego是整合英特尔的Moblin与诺基亚的Maemo两者精华的一款产品,并介绍了Meego与其它平台例如 的优点,Meego 的系统架构等。

期间, Apache Asia Road组织者Jack Cai插播了即将于8月14~15号在上海举办的2010 Apache Asia Road Show活动预告。

活动第一部分:
活动13点开始注册开放,由OpenSourceCamp创建人Peter Cheng主持,他简单的介绍了OpenSourceCamp组织的概况。随后由淘宝技术研发VP振飞同学致欢迎辞,著名的开源软件Bugfree就是振飞同学创建的,目前他负责淘宝技术保障部的管理工作。接下来由残剑介绍淘宝开源平台(code.taobao.org),他是主要开发者之一,专注技术研究,目前主要涉及流程引擎研究等。

14:20分,活动进入主题演讲部分,这是整个活动的核心部分,演讲者为观众带来了精彩的发言,主题演讲如下:

北京Linux用户组主席Alex Lau,现任职Novell担任中国研发经理,他带来的《Suse Studio Application Program》;

胜英
任俊,花名胜英,现在是淘宝开放平台产品规划师,淘宝箱运营负责人,他带来的是《淘宝开放平台与开源》;
活动第三部分:
最后部分是闪电演讲,主要是提供给与会观众一个自由发言的平台,是一个5分钟的快速展现 
若海 余刚,花名若海,淘宝核心系统研发工程师,Tair(淘宝首个开源项目)核心开发者之一,他的演讲主题为《TAOR分布式健值对系统》;

参与本次活动的个人和组织还有阿里云研发人员,支付宝研发人员,中标软件杜兄,人人网开放平台崔兄,Linuxeden创建者石磊,雷世奎,Jeckey,Ark,兼容内核项目Longene研发人员(浙江网新赞助的开源项目),华为研究院陆魏同学,CodeOEM CEO James Wang等开源爱好者。由于人员众多(40多人),不能一一列出。 OpenSourceCamp将开源技术开发者、极客、创业者、学者、风险投资商、有影响力的技术专家,甚至媒体都聚集一起,在紧凑的会义上大家广泛讨论开源文化与技术热点一种活动形式。会议的目的通常是推动社区的技术与商业创新。 此次活动的由淘宝赞助,OSSS.CN开源社区提供活动本地服务。今后杭州站将做为OpenSourceCamp的官方活动城市,将定期举行各种各样的开源活动。 |

近日有言论指责从事开源软件业务的北京红旗中文贰仟软件技术有限公司(以下简称红旗中文贰仟公司)的RedOffice办公软件产品是“造假”,是“伪国产”。对于此种曲解开源软件原则的不实言论,我们郑重声明如下:
1.
开源软件是当前主流的软件技术创新形式,也是国际上重要的软件开发趋势,Oracle、Google、Intel、IBM等国际知名IT企业均积极推进开源事业。
2.
基于开源软件的产品衍生是国际公认的软件创新成果转化形式,如Redhat、Novell、Nokia等公司发布的产品已经成为国际主流。
3.
基于开源软件的开发与应用是缩短与国际水平差距的有效手段,是我国软件产业发展的重要形式,并得到了国家多项科技政策、产业政策的支持。
4.
RedOffice是红旗中文贰仟公司在OpenOffice.org开源软件基础上发展出来的办公套件,严格遵守了LGPL开源许可协议,是合法的开源软件发行版本。
5.
红旗中文贰仟公司一直保持着与OpenOffice.org社区的良好合作关系,是该社区的积极参与者与贡献者。鉴于其在该社区的贡献,2008年OpenOffice.org社区全球网络投票,最终决定在中国第一次举行OpenOffice.org年会,并吸引了大量的国际开源爱好者参与,其贡献得到了社区负责人Louis Suarez-Potts的肯定。
6.
RedOffice在后续产品化过程中开发了约100万行新代码,取得了许多创新成果,如:进行了中文本地化;开发了更易用的操作界面;支持国家文档格式标准UOF;提高了与MS Office 2007的互操作性等等。
我们认为,这种针对中国开源软件企业的攻击行为混淆了视听,损害了中国开源软件界的声誉,对此我们给予谴责。同时,我们积极鼓励各类软件企业利用开源软件成果,大胆实践软件创新,不断推动我国软件产业发展。

Barcamp Apache is a free dynamics get-together open to the public. Like other unconferences, the schedule will be determined by the participants.
What's Eclipse DemoCamp
The format of a DemoCamp is pretty informal. The idea is for a group of Eclipse enthusiasts to meet up and demo what they are doing with Eclipse. The demos can be of research projects, Eclipse open source projects, applications based on Eclipse, commercial products using Eclipse or whatever you think might be of interest to the attendees. The only stipulation is that it must be Eclipse related.
